Security
Deposit: $350 – which will be fully refunded
if there are no damages or excessive cleaning costs.

Landlord
may subtract from the security such amounts as are
reasonably necessary to remedy any Tenant’s
default in payment of long distance telephone bills
or to repair damages caused by Tenant. Tenant agrees
to comply with all reasonable rules and regulations
posted on the premises. Tenant shall keep the premises,
furniture, furnishings and appliances and fixtures
in good order and condition and pay for any repairs
to the property caused by Tenant’s negligence
or misuse or that of Tenant’s invitees. Tenant
further agrees to vacate the premises at the required
check out time. |

payment must be sent via bank check or certified
check together with the cleaning fee and a separate

REFUNDS:
Refunds will be made only if sufficient advance
cancellation notice enables us to arrange for a
substitute renter. As we have no control over weather
or road conditions, we will not accept any last
minute cancellations. |
